Food Smarts is an engaging, evidence-based nutrition education program designed to help individuals and families build practical skills for healthier living.

Through interactive and supportive learning experiences, participants will gain the confidence and knowledge needed to make informed, nourishing food choices in their everyday lives.

What to Expect

  • How to make healthier, budget-conscious food choices

  • Ways to improve food literacy and understanding of nutrition

  • Practical strategies for incorporating more whole foods into your daily routine

  • Skills to plan, shop, and prepare meals with confidence

As part of the program, participants will take part in a guided tour of Park Street Market led by culinary experts, connecting what you learn in the classroom to real-world food choices and shopping experiences.
