FEMA & SBA Disaster Assistance
August 24th, 2026 | 3:00PM-7:30PM
Northside Association for Community Development
612 N Park St, Kalamazoo, MI 49007
Residents impacted by the April 2026 flooding will have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with representatives from FEMA and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to get assistance with disaster assistance applications.
The City of Kalamazoo Emergency Management has coordinated with FEMA and SBA to bring in-person support to the Kalamazoo community. Representatives can help explain available FEMA disaster grants and SBA low-interest disaster loans, answer questions about eligibility, and help residents understand and complete the application process.
There is no cost to speak with FEMA or SBA representatives.
If you were affected by the April flooding, take advantage of this opportunity to get your questions answered and ensure your disaster assistance application is completed correctly.
